Apple and Google...the world bows down

Its been rumored by a number of people that Apple and Google will be working together more closely than usual and producing products. I believe it has to do something with the iphone and google maps and wifi. Like search for wifi spots, geo positioning (pseudo gps), gmail and google chat all in one nifty little device.
